If I can't attend my appointment, I will provide at least 24 hours notice. Failure to provide the required notice will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled treatments.
If I am over 10 minutes late for my appointment, I understand that I may be refused treatment and I will still pay for the time my appointment should have taken. (No charge will be made for products in this situation)

Gillian has a friendly nature and totally professional in her procedures,lovely salon which was clean and extremely well set up . Would advise a visit to anyone who is thinking about any of her enhancement products

Absolutely bloody awesome as always! Buzzing with my nails, think this is my favourite set yet! We went for polka dots and used 10 colours which I think may be a record! Gillian is always spot on (see what I did there) when it comes to my crazy ideas and nothing is too much for her, she sometimes doubts herself but absolutely smashes it out of the park every single time! I highly recommend her x
