If I can't attend my appointment, I will provide at least 24 hours notice. Failure to provide the required notice will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled treatments.
If I am over 10 minutes late for my appointment, I understand that I may be refused treatment and I will still pay for the time my appointment should have taken. (No charge will be made for products in this situation)

It's the first time I've had my eyelashes profesionally lifted and tinted so I wasn't sure how I would feel during the process. I also had my eyebrows laminated and tinted at the same time. Gilly was fabulous, explaining everything as she went along and I felt totally at ease and relaxed the whole time. I had total confidence in Gilly.
