By booking you are accepting the terms listed below:

If I can't attend my appointment, I will provide at least 24 hours notice. Failure to provide the required notice will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled treatments.

If I am over 10 minutes late for my appointment, I understand that I may be refused treatment and I will still pay for the time my appointment should have taken. (No charge will be made for products in this situation)

If I do not attend my appointment, I understand that I will still be required to pay for the time my appointment should have taken. (No charge will be made for products in this situation)

If, for health and safety reasons, I can't have the treatment selected, I understand that I will have to pay for the time allocated. (No charge will be made for products in this situation)
