If I can't attend my appointment, I will provide at least 24 hours notice. Failure to provide the required notice will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled treatments.
If I am over 10 minutes late for my appointment, I understand that I may be refused treatment and I will still pay for the time my appointment should have taken. (No charge will be made for products in this situation)

Once again Gilly has done a wonderful job of my nails, always an absolute pleasure seeing Gilly, feel like I've had a therapy session, not just nails, we put the world to rights and have a really good chin wag! Much needed after a hard day at work thanks as always lovely lady!
