If I can't attend my appointment, I will provide at least 24 hours notice. Failure to provide the required notice will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled treatments.
If I am over 10 minutes late for my appointment, I understand that I may be refused treatment and I will still pay for the time my appointment should have taken. (No charge will be made for products in this situation)

So today was the appointment for a brow lammy & I decided last week to get my lashes laminated too! All for the natural look, and wow did I get the natural look - Gilly is a very lovely lady and made me feel at ease with relaxing music & the diffuser lamp. She talked me through all the steps as she did the treatments. 10/10 would recommend. Thanks for a lovey hour gilly x
