If I can't attend my appointment, I will provide at least 24 hours notice. Failure to provide the required notice will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled treatments.
If I am over 10 minutes late for my appointment, I understand that I may be refused treatment and I will still pay for the time my appointment should have taken. (No charge will be made for products in this situation)

Wow! Why did nobody tell me about this amazing lady before?
My first trip to Gilly and I’m more than impressed. What a lovely lady and so good at her job. Had a lash lift and a brow wax and tint and they’ve never looked so good. I didn’t know it was possible to have a lash tint without sting! I can’t recommend Gilly enough. Thank you - Janet Horne·
