If I can't attend my appointment, I will provide at least 24 hours notice. Failure to provide the required notice will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled treatments.
If I am over 10 minutes late for my appointment, I understand that I may be refused treatment and I will still pay for the time my appointment should have taken. (No charge will be made for products in this situation)

Booked a last minute eyebrow Wax for Saturday, love them then after a patch test I got my eyelashes lifted and tinted and I couldn't be happy with them! Gilly is so easy to talk to an very good at what she does. I will be back !
